Further evidence that Tom D.'s prediction is coming true, Anne Davies wonders:
...the revelations about the depth of corrupt conduct in Illinois leave one gasping, and asking how Obama could have emerged so squeaky clean and without any knowledge of the dark side of Chicago politics.
It must be a miracle!
A prediction of my own: Many journalists, like Anne, will delight for a while in writing about all the "questions" the Blago scandal raises. And, in doing so, will feel self-absolved from actually asking any of them.
