What's better than watching Mark Parrish tip in a goal to make it 4-1 Wild? Watching Parrish tip it in followed by Brent Burns' ass whippin' of Corey Perry.
The refs decided not to make too many calls early on in this one, and players took it upon themselves to patrol. The game ended with an Anaheim Duck jumping on somebody's back while they were involved with someone else, Kim Johnnson getting suckerpunched, and fans chanting Boogaard! Boogaard!
Jacques didn't disappoint, putting the enforcer on the ice for the last few minutes.
It's a tad early to say the Wild are getting back into this thing. They still have to travel back to Anaheim. But they sure did make it interesting...for a change.
