Via the Kool Aid Report, Minnesota law enforcement is going to arrest as many as 40,000 drunk drivers this year. In a two-page story, the Strib tries really, really hard to figure it out.
Have we been anesthetized? Have we "hit a plateau?"
Amazingly enough, nowhere in the article is this theorized as the possible cause.
