My resolution, reasonably settled in after a year, is to start producing columns at a more regular rate. Here is the start of that effort, a column on...you guessed it...global warming.
Please note the column moniker, which is my own small tribute to Lileks.
UPDATE: Not even the EPA is convinced on global warming science:
The EPA says it does not have the authority to regulate such emissions, under federal law. Even if it did, the EPA says, it would refuse to do so because of continuing uncertainty in the science of global warming...
Ouch.
