HOWARD DEAN IS THE GIFT THAT JUST KEEPS ON GIVING. Today he continued his ridiculous demonization of the Republican Party, no doubt to the chagrin of moderate Democrats, but to the delight of all of us conservatives.

Democratic National Committee chairman Howard Dean, unapologetic in the face of recent criticism that he has been too tough on his political opposition, said in San Francisco this week that Republicans are "a pretty monolithic party. They all behave the same. They all look the same. It's pretty much a white Christian party."

"The Republicans are not very friendly to different kinds of people," Dean said Monday, responding to a question about diversity during a forum with minority leaders and journalists. "We're more welcoming to different folks, because that's the type of people we are. But that's not enough. We do have to deliver on things: jobs and housing and business opportunities."

Interestingly enough, Dean seems far too focused on making himself look like an idiot than in dealing with the Democratic policy black-hole. Meanwhile, big money donors interested in subjects like how will the Democratic Party might win in 2006 and 2008 are not reaching for their wallets, leaving the bulk of fundraising to the far-left, who are happy when Dean says "Republicans evil," but don't really have any money to spend.

One Simi Valley councilman, Glenn Bescerra, is not as amused as I am with Dean's stupidity.

"It's a sad day when Democrats don't have any ideas to put forward, and they have to resort to race politics. President Bush didn't get 40 percent of the Hispanic vote (in 2004) because we're a monolithic, white Christian party."

Bescerra is hispanic and apparently isn't smart enough to realize he has no place in the GOP. Kind of like Condi Rice, Colin Powell, Clarence Thomas, Janet Rogers Brown, J.C. Watts, Alberto Gonzales, and countless other minority conservatives.

The liberal left...not even smart enough to realize when it is cutting it's own throat.

Dean showed himself "Not Ready for Prime Time" on the Russert interview, and is continuing to prove it.
