Congratulations to the Hill-Murray Pioneers on an exceptionally well played tournament. Special congratulations to assistant coach Pat Schafhauser, whose journey from 15-year-old Roseville hockey player to state champion turned out to be much longer and more arduous than anyone could have ever imagined.
Few have been more deserving of the title "champion."
