Bad Forecasting

For the record, it is now two years running that hurricane forecasts have been bunk:

Hurricane researchers, who forecast seven more storms this season, have flubbed the past two annual estimates because of unusual El Nino and La Nina weather phenomena in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

Hmmm. Hurricane forecasters having trouble predicting climate events just a year in advance. Luckily for global warming forecasters, we won't know how wrong they were until after they are dead.
