They Did It 'the Lord's Way'

I started to taste the lobster about mid-way through the third quarter.

Congrats to the Colts and, most of all, to Tony Dungy. He certainly deserves it.

I thought Prince was good and there was a commercial or two that wasn't bad, especially the Bud Light commercial where the guy hurled the rock. Leave it to the NYT to find some hidden meaning though:

No commercial that appeared last night during Super Bowl XLI directly addressed Iraq, unlike a patriotic spot for Budweiser beer that ran during the game two years ago. But the ongoing war seemed to linger just below the surface of many of this year’s commercials.

I swear, if I guy took a dump on camera the NYT would note that it was a metaphor for conditions in Iraq. Would anyone really mind if they lightened up for one day, for Pete's sake?
