Stability Rifles

This is disturbing:

Austrian sniper rifles that were exported to Iran have been discovered in the hands of Iraqi terrorists, The Daily Telegraph has learned.

More than 100 of the.50 calibre weapons, capable of penetrating body armour, have been discovered by American troops during raids.

One wonders how much more evidence we are going to need that we are really at war with Iran. Then again, it could just be an attempt at creating stability, like John Kerry says.

In other news, Moqtada al Sadr appears to be finding Iran hospitable:

According to senior military officials, al Sadr left Baghdad two to three weeks ago and fled to Tehran, Iran, where he has family.

Al Sadr commands the Mahdi army, one of the most formidable insurgent militias in Iraq, and his move coincides with the announced U.S. troop surge in Baghdad.

The Dem's better hurry if they expect undermining the war to pay dividends.
