Srgena Reacts Violently To U.S. Report

Guiliana Srgena, the most famous of lying Italian journalists, isn't happy that the U.S. soldiers who fired on her car will not be charged as murderers. The report into events of that day has apparently exonerated them of any wrongdoing.

Ms Sgrena described the conclusion of the leaked report as a "slap in the face".

I agree, it is a slap in the face. She should be charged with collusion, lying, and thrown in jail next to Lynne Stewart.

The Sgrena story was the last major one I ran with on my old site. The story of her had so many holes that I am surprised that the Italians could even put together a report on what went wrong.

The US report clearing those soldiers was right on the money. They did their job. They followed the rules of engagement. Maybe if Capriati had made us aware that we was there, and what he was doing, he might not have been killed. But he did not do either of those things.

He informed the ranking Italian officer, but informed him that he had to keep quiet. He could not tell anyopne why he was there. So, who is at fault in this, again.

BTW, I wonder if the 8 million Euros found with Zarqawi's driver might be some of the ransom paid for Sgrena's release??

Wouldn't that be something? If it is, it will never be reported...Too bad.
